Why is your scheduler asking me for my credit card information?
I know some new clients are confused when booking with our online scheduler, Schedulicity.
We use this service to help manage our time and provide more availability for appointments. Schedulicity will ask that you create an account and put a credit card on file. This is only to hold the appointment. Don't worry, you're not charged on your card unless you are a "no-show" (unless you are registering for a class, purchasing coaching sessions, or making a special purchase offer that requires for a payment up front). This protects our time as therapists.
Appointments without a Credit Card information on file to secure your reservation may be bumped off by walk-in appointments, another client who has Credit Card information on file, or simply for life events. Please note that removal of your Credit Card information does not show respect to the therapist's time or honor your agreement of paying for your reservation time, regardless of whether you choose to attend your appointment.
What is your Cancellation/No Show/Late Arrival policy for massage and other in-house services?

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
12-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 12-hour advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. *On winter days when conditions are unsafe for driving, appointments may be canceled without penalty, with the agreement the client reschedules upon cancellation within the next 30 days.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. Please also note that if you have booked with a promotional coupon that you will be charged for the full amount of that service on the credit card you used to hold your appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
How long should I expect to be at my appointment?
Because of the unique work of Transcendence Mind-Body-Spirit, some appointments or consultations may take more than the time allotted for the scheduled service. To be respectful to each individual client's needs, we ask that you allow sufficient time to make room for potential added time of up to 30 additional minutes. When you arrive for your service, please have a seat in the lounge area. Our staff will greet you there as soon as they have finished with the prior service. If you arrive to your scheduled appointment and the lounge door is closed, you may enter and have a seat. Although unlikely, if the lounge door is locked (this would be the door near the front entrance of the building), and you are here for your scheduled appointment, please text (920) 427-1919 for further instructions.
What is your policy on Transcendence Mind-Body-Spirit Package Deals?
You may purchase (or have running) up to (2) Package Deals per account. Additional family member age 14 or older may use from a package purchase IF they reside at the same address AND when they have their own individual account through the scheduler, Schedulicity with Transcendence Mind-Body-Spirit. All package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sales are final.
Clients age 14-17 must be accompanied to their appointment by a parent or guardian and parent/guardian must remain on premises during the appointment.
Right to Refuse Service Notice:
Any client seeking treatment/services at Transcendence Mind-Body-Spirit who portrays an aggressive demeanor, or is projecting the potential to do bodily harm will be told that their session is now complete, and be asked to leave the building immediately. This includes anyone who is verbally, physically, or emotionally abusive, or anyone portraying aggressive behavior or demeanor subject to the opinion of the therapist on duty. The client will still be obligated to pay for services scheduled regardless of the length of services provided or the time during which the client was asked to vacate the premises.
What is your policy on Groupon coupons?
You may use up to (2) Groupon coupons to explore our services. After the use of (2) total Groupon coupons sessions ranging from any of our services, you are considered a Transcendence client and will be charged current massage rates. You may still be applicable for other offers, discounts available to our clientèle. Transcendence is not responsible to monitor your purchase limit.
You have control over your destiny. Any scheduled appointment that the credit card information has been removed, or is invalid may be removed from the schedule without notice by Transcendence. Please make a note if you are scheduled to use your Groupon prior to expiration as this action will not allow for an extension.
What is your minor policy?
Clients age 14-17 are welcome AND must be accompanied to their appointment by a parent or guardian and parent/guardian must remain on premises during the appointment. Client Minor Waiver form must be completed and signed prior to services.

One Personal Empowerment Coaching Session with Jennifer
The information provided through Jennifer Lamkins' Personal Laser Empowerment Coaching (herein referred to as "the Coach") is not intended to be, nor is it implied to be, a substitute for professional, medical or pharmaceutical advice. You - "the Client" - should always seek the advice of their physician, pharmacist, or other qualified health care provider prior to commencing any treatment for any conditions, diseases or maladies, and questions in relation to such treatment should be directed to such professional health care providers. The Client should never disregard their professional medical advice or delay in seeking such advice because of information obtained from the Coach.
Coaching calls are sixty (60) minutes in length. Coaching calls are held by telephone, Zoom, or by using the Coach's private conference line. (To be decided by the Coach.) Call-in details will be provided to the Client upon registration.
Coaching calls will be recorded for the Client's personal use only. All information disclosed to the Coach in a session is confidential and will not be revealed to anyone without the Client's written permission.
Personal Empowerment Coaching calls with the Coach must be used by the Client within 1 year of the purchase date.
Personal Laser Empowerment Coaching is non-refundable or transferable.
All appointments require a minimum of 24-hours-notice for rescheduling. Consistency is important to the efficacy of coaching, so please try to reschedule within the same week.
The Client shall indemnify and hold the Coach harmless from any loss or liability arising from actions taken or situations created as a result of the coaching relationship.
The Coach and Client will not be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or prescribed drugs used without the authority of a physician while participating in coaching sessions. This does not include drugs prescribed by a physician or over-the-counter medications used according to the directions label.
The relationship between the Client and the Coach and this agreement are governed by the laws of the Wisconsin, without respect to its conflict of laws principles, and you expressly agree that courts of Wisconsin have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any dispute with the Coach in any way relating to these coaching sessions. Any legal proceedings shall be commenced in the City of Appleton and you attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Wisconsin.

What is your Withdrawal (Cancellation) Policy for all in-house classes?
Withdrawal (Cancellation) Policy for all in-house classes:
To withdrawal from a class, you have pre-registered and paid you may do so by entering HERE in the comment section your wish to withdrawal from the class including: your name, class name, date of class, city, and your full name and phone number. If you have submitted your withdrawal 30 or more business days prior to class start date you will receive a full refund (-$39.00 return fee) within 7 days of withdrawal submission. Any cancellations submitted 29-10 days prior to class start date will receive a 75% refund of class fees within 7 days of withdrawal SUBMISSION (-$39.00 return fee).
Any cancellations submitted 9-3 days prior to class start date will receive a 50% refund of class fees within 7 days of withdrawal submission (-$39.00 return fee). Any cancellations 2-0 days prior to class start will not receive a refund of class fees. You may also transfer your class fees to another open class prior to original class start date and time. If you choose to TRANSFER TO ANOTHER OPEN CLASS, please go to Registration to pre-register for the new class.
If your instructor needs to cancel the class, you will be notified as soon as possible and added to the register for the next available open class.
